Remember to wait 5 minutes
Our ice cream balls are at their best 5 minutes after you take them out of the freezer. This is because the higher density of our gelato means it’s not as soft straight out of the freezer. If you can bear to wait, your patience (and taste buds) will be rewarded with a much more intense flavour. We promise it’s worth the wait.
Slice and Serve: Why not combine your flavours together?
Gather a combination of your favourite flavours and slice them into halves or quarters and then squash them together for a perfect mochi mix.
We recommend sticking to two flavours and cutting them in halves, but this can also be done with four flavours into quarters.
SPECIAL EVENT SERVES
Our mochi ice cream is served in restaurants sliced into halves, and arranged on a small plate. The smaller pieces are perfect for sharing and the presentation is intriguing and sure to be a hit.
Or, why not serve them on a tiered cake stand to really impress your guests. A tier for each flavour is the perfect colourful display of goodness.
If you prefer not to hold the mochi when eating it, add it to a skewer stick and bite it from there. Depending on how big your skewer is, you could add multiple flavours. A quick grab and go option.
MAKE ONE OF OUR MOCHI DESSERTS
Mochi doesn’t have to be eaten on it’s own, or even in it’s current format. It can be blended into a milkshake, added to a waffle or even melted with a gooey brownie.

EAT IT WHOLE
Our mochi ice cream is made to be enjoyed as it is – so why not do so! If you’re in a rush, it’s great to grab and go – it can be eaten in just a few bites.
