HOW TO MAKE A MOCHI DESSERT

We don’t even know where to start with this breakfast...it's basically like having dessert for breakfast, and we're ok with that. And with just 71 calories per mochi we are more than happy to indulge...

Ingredients

55g jumbo oats
230ml unsweetened almond milk
30g choc & nut vegan protein
20g natural almond milk yoghurt

Toppings:
Choc Shot Brownie
Deep Roast Crunchy Peanut Butter
Cacao nibs
Little Moons Belgian Chocolate Mochi

Instructions

  1. Heat the oats and almond milk and cook for 3-4 minutes in a pan.
  2. Take off the heat, stir in the protein powder and almond milk yoghurt (optional).
  3. Top with whatever you fancy!
